My brothers and sisters,
There is a question many people are afraid to ask themselves: Why am I living?
We wake up every day, we hustle, we struggle, we chase things—but deep down, something keeps asking… Is this all there is?
You were not created to just exist.
You were not created to suffer without direction.
You were not created to wander without purpose.
The Bible makes us understand in Jeremiah 29:11 that God says:
“For I know the plans I have for you… plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a future and a hope.”
That means your life is not empty. Your life has meaning.
But here is the truth—purpose is only found in Christ.
In Revelation 22:13, Jesus said:
“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.”
So if He is the beginning, and He is the end—then without Him, life has no complete meaning.
Why are you living?
You are living to know Him.
You are living to walk with Him.
You are living to fulfill the assignment He placed inside you.
Some people are alive, but they are not living.
Because real life begins the day you surrender to Jesus.
In 2 Corinthians 5:17, the Bible says:
“If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature…”
That means your past does not define you.
Your mistakes do not end you.
Your story can change—starting today.
So I ask you again:
Why are you living?
If you don’t have the answer, come to Jesus.
If you are confused, come to Jesus.
If your life feels empty, come to Jesus.
Because He is the only one who can give your life meaning.
My brothers and sisters, Jesus loves you.
Not tomorrow—now.
Not conditionally—completely.
Give your life to Him… and you will finally understand why you were born.
